Now it’s all set up. I’ll say goodbye to chocolate cupcakes with sugary frosting, waffles with Nutella and strawberry, cookies to devour before, meanwhile and after dinner, yogurt with chocolate chips, syrup and fruit – just to make myself believe is a light and healthy snack. Spring is coming and I decided to be a real Newyorker, thus dedicating myself to worshipping smoothies, iced coffee, and having lunch with vegetables and fruit.

Or maybe I could just start planning a series of aesthetic operations directly on the internet while at the same time keep going with my “I eat everything carelessly” philosophy.

Just joking of course, but I mean, isn’t just astonishingly incredible the things you can find on the internet nowadays?

Missione: gambe toniche e fisico snello. Agente selezionato: Camilla Abilita’ particolari: naturale predisposizione a cibarsi di tutto cio’ che sia ipercalorico, assolutamente non healthy e che contenga zuccheri. Ormai e’ tutto deciso. Dico addio ai cupcake col frosting al cioccolato, agli waffles nutella e fragola,  ai pacchi di gocciole da sbranare prima, mentre e dopo cena, allo yogurt freddo con sciroppo al cioccolato, pezzetti di cialda e frutta solo per far credere a me stessa che si tratti di uno spuntino dietetico. Con l’arrivo della primavera ho infatti deciso di cominciare a essere una vera Newyorchese con smootie e ice coffe alla mano, pranzo solo frutta e frullati di verdure…..  Oppure potrei semplicemente pianificare una serie di sedute di chirurgia estetica direttamente dal mio pc e continuare la mia alimentazione da “mangio tutto e non ingrasso”! Scherzo ovviamente, sarebbe troppo facile, ma rimango sempre incredula (e spaventata) da quello che si puo trovare sul web!
