My Favorite Point Of View

One of my favorite places in New York is the Dumbo park in Brooklyn. I think I will never get tired of the view of the city from there, especially at night. From the water, New York looks like a postcard and I could stay there, sitting still on those steps for hours just watching the downtown skyscrapers lighten up one after another. That’s what Mattia and I end up doing, we just sat there and waited for the night to arrive and give Manhattan a whole other outfit. My look is one of my favorite version: flat shoes ( …), embroidered denim shorts, and a floral shirt.

 Uno dei mie posti preferiti a New York e’ il parco Dumbo a Brooklyn. Credo che non mi stanchero’ mai della vista della citta’ specialmente di sera, sembra quasi finta e potrei starmene li seduta a osservarla per ore. Ecco perche’ ho costretto Mattia a restare li fino alle 9 passate e aspettare che le luci dei grattacieli si accendessero. Il mio look e’ una della mie versioni preferite: scarpe basse (ma che non passino inosservate!), shorts di jeans tempestati di paillettes e una camicia a fiori annodata in vita.
