Let’s Customize!
I have a real passion for anything I can customize, actually, it’s more than a passion I would call it almost an obsession. Besides having a necklace with my name on it since I was 18, a denim jacket with my name printed on the back, I even own a pair of shoes with my initials on it. And….I am still looking for new pieces to add to my collection. So, at this point, I think I’m an almost compulsive maniac!
Yes, because the best part comes when I can customize everything by myself. Being creative and original. I just found all my gear in my old room in Italy. Everything that I needed to customize, embellish, and create was there. Right where I left it. I still can’t believe that I kept everything! Yes, because I’ve always customized everything: from coats, shirts, jeans, jackets to bags and sneakers.
The funniest part is finding the materials. Luckily I found Tissura Fabrics, a real heaven for exactly what I needed. Literally, any fabric you can think of is available on the website! From ribbons, laces, to buttons, patches, and even buckles! There are no rules, be unique, and free your imagination.
Creating your own personal style is not hard and it’s a cool way to have fun – even with your friends – and to be original.
Ho una vera passione per tutto ció che posso personalizzare, anzi piú che passione la definirei quasi un ossessione. Oltre ad avere la catenina con il mio nome da quando ho 18 anni, un giubbetto di jeans con il mio nome stampato dietro, braccialetti di ogni tipo ed anche un paio di scarpe con le mie iniziali non rinuncio mai a mettermi alla ricerca di nuove “perle” da aggiungere alla mia collezione. Insomma a questo punto credo di essere quasi una maniaca compulsiva!
Sí, perché la parte piú divertente arriva quando sono proprio io a dover personalizzare ogni cosa mi capiti a tiro. Nella mia vecchia camera a Roma ho ritrovato infatti tutta la mia attrezzatura per personalizzare, impreziosire e creare cose diverse dal solito. La parte migliore è senza dubbio quella dello shopping, ricercare materiali originali e vintage da aggiungere praticamente ovunque! Dai cappotti semplici, a camice impreziosite da bottoni antichi, borse con patch e spille – come lo zaino che indosso in questo look, ma anche jeans, capi spalla e accessori.
Insomma non ci sono regole, siete proprio voi a decidere come e cosa creare , basta solo dare spazio alla vostra fantasia!
