I Want To Ride My Bicycle

Ok, it’s true. I am not a sporty girl – not at all! – but I decided that I have to do something and start to move my body a little more! So, I face this new challenge and….. I got a bike!

In the end, I live in New York, Brooklyn to be exact, and there is nothing better than exploring the city with a bike. After a lot of research to find the perfect vehicle, I found HER, my new friend, a black Raleigh with a detachable basket, and a nice and elegant seat. I mean if I really want to do it, I have to do it nicely and cute, right?

I shot these pictures a few days before my departures to Italy – in fact, I already miss it so much! – during a nice warm day around Brooklyn and I had so much fun! I was really proud of myself and even though I am not that good with bikes, this one was really easy to ride! I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it a little bit more!

Ok, ammetto di non essere una grande sportiva, anche se forse ora dovrei cominiciare ad attivarmi un pó, ma ho deciso di fare una sfida con me stessa e prendere una bicicletta. Alla fine abito a New York, Brooklyn per la precisione, e non c’é cosa piú bella che esplorare la cittá a bordo di una bici.

Dopo diverse ricerche per trovare il mezzo perfetto, l’ho trovata, una Raleigh nera con tanto di cestino removibile e sedile in pelle, insomma tanto vale che questa sfida la prenda sul serio, giusto? Ho scattato queste foto poco prima di partire per l’Italia, durante una giornata non ancora troppo calda in giro per Brooklyn. Sono stata davvero soddisfatta di me stessa, pur non essendo molto pratica con la bici, questo modello é davvero molto semplice da portare e super comoda!
