Dreaming in Blue
I am still trying to figure out how I managed to wander around the Upper East Side with this fairy tale blue dress from BCBGMaxAzria on. One way or the other though I was able to reach Central Park without encountering too many curious eyes along my way.
So, here is the fruit of a hard-working afternoon spent partially on heels and walking back and forth on the street just to make this magnificent dress do its “magic”. I went for a more elaborate make up this time. In fact, before I devoted myself to eyeliner and mascara only, I used to spend hours in front of the mirror experimenting new make combinations to try on. This, however, wasn’t really appreciated by most of my friends who would literally go crazy waiting for me for hours to just step foot out of my house. If you are one of them and you’re reading just know that I thank you for the patience and I love you!

Credo di non saperlo neanche io come ho fatto a girare indisturbata per le vie dell’Upper East Side con indosso questo abito da favola di BCBGMaxAzria “per nulla ingombrante”. Eppure, in un modo o nell’altro, sono riuscita a raggiungere Central Park senza attirare troppi sguardi indiscreti. Non che me ne importi qualcosa, per carità dopo più di due anni di fashion blogging passati a fare foto nei posti e nei modi più disparati la mia timidezza é andata a farsi friggere da tempo. Ma per l’amore dei propri lettori si fa questo ed altro.
Ecco quindi il frutto di tanto impegno: foto con uno dei vestiti più belli all’interno del mio guardaroba gentile omaggio di BCBG ed un trucco un pò più elaborato del solito. Si, perché prima di fare voto ad eyeliner e mascara soltanto mi dilettavo a sperimentare diversi tipi di make up più o meno artistici… il tutto a discapito di tutti i miei amici che rassegnati mi aspettavano per ore perché come al solito la cosa mi faceva essere in terribile e costante ritardo.Se vi sentite presi in causa sappiate che vi ringrazio per la pazienza e che vi voglio bene!
