A 1920 Silver Dress

As soon as I opened the box containing this beautiful ‘20s dress I received from GatsbyLady (Free Standard international shipping all over the World),

I immediately thought about the best location to take the pictures and this time I chose the Grand Central, the most important station in New York. It’s definitively one of my favorite locations of the City, with its infinite corners and areas to discover and the soft light provided by the large lamps, which help to create an evocative and retro atmosphere that fits perfectly with the timeless design of this bright silver dress coordinated with a matching headband. I added a touch of red on the lips and styled a chignon on top.

Appena ho aperto il pacco che conteneva questo bellissimo abito anni ’20 ricevuto da Gatsby Lady ho pensato subito a dove poter scattare le foto per questo post e la scelta é ricaduta, ovviamente, su Grand Central, la stazione centrale di New York. É uno dei miei posti preferiti, forse perché é pieno di angoli nascosti e di curiosità che vale la pena scoprire, inoltre la luce tenue, i grandi lampadari e lo stile un pó retro la rendono una location perfetta per questo abito argentato e luminoso con tanto di cerchietto coordinato. Ho aggiunto un tocco di colore rosso sulle labbra e raccolto i capelli in un chignon. Spero vi piaccia 🙂
