White On White

  Fashion week is getting closer and with it the classic and eternal dilemma consisting of: What am I gonna wear this year??
There are a few items which I carefully select and then keep "safe" just to be worn during these crazy seven days in which our regular looks become a bit more eccentric and colorful than usual.

From my POV the fun is right there: being able to wear things you wouldn't normally wear all the time.

With these thoughts in mind I spent my weekend creating new looks and literally "making" some new entries for my sunglasses department. Yes, because Saturday night, my boyfriend by the infinite patience and I stayed up until late at night gluing and sticking beads and rhinestones to five different pairs of sunglasses. The results were surprisingly great and I can't wait to show them to you.

I wanted to record the whole process and maybe come up with a tutorial video or something but I was afraid the vision of me in slippers and pajamas wouldn't be as pleasant... :P


  La fashion week si avvicina e con lei il classico dilemma esistenziale del: Cosa mi metto quest'anno?
Ci sono alcuni capi ed accessori che tengo accuratamente da parte proprio per questi sette fatidici giorni nei quali i look si trasformano dando un po' piu' di spazio all'eccentricita'.


Dal mio punto di vista il divertimento e' tutto li, poter indossare cose che forse non metterei tutti i giorni...

Il mio weekend l'ho quindi trascorso creando outfit con pezzi nuovi e non, e aggiungendo dei nuovi arrivati tutti DIY nella mia sezione sunglasses. Il risultato e' stato davvero sorprendente, merito anche della pazienza della mia dolce meta'...che di sabato sera si e' messo con me ad attaccare, pietre, perline e brillantini di ogni genere che gli venivano passati dalla sottoscritta sapientemente e minuziosamente incollati....

Domani tenetevi pronti perche' vi mostrero' il frutto di tanto duro lavoro: ben cinque nuovi paia di occhiali! Avrei voluto riprendere il processo cosi' da fare un tutorial ma non credo sarei stata al massimo con pantofole e pigiama in telecamera! :P
